Badminton

This game is introduced to students in Standard 1st, 2nd and 3rd. Playing Badminton builds and tones the quads, glutes, calves, and hamstrings. Besides, the child’s core muscles, arm and back muscles get a workout as well. There are a variety of psychological benefits as Badminton promotes physical fitness; it helps to reduce stress and anxiety. The school provides Badminton Rackets and other equipment to its students.
